Terms of payment
Purchase on invoice:
For German customers, after receipt of your order, within two business days we will reply via email confirming the acceptance of your order or an email confirming the delivery. Invoices are due within 10 days, discounts are not applicable.
After receiving your order, we will reply with an acceptance confirmation along with detailed information on where to send payment. If payment has not been received within 14 days, the order will be considered void.

In the ordering process, customers are redirected to our online vendor, PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment through PayPal. After placement of an order in the shop, PayPal automatically initiates the payment transaction confirming the acceptance of your order. Payment by PayPal is only available in the EU countries and the USA. The product will be shipped upon completion of payment.

Deliveries within Germany:
Shipping costs for all domestic orders is €4,95 per order.
Deliveries to other EU countries:
Shipping costs to all EU countries is €7.95 per order.
Deliveries outside the EU:
Shipping costs outside of the EU is €13,50 per order.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, for items in stock, delivery of goods in Germany is 2-3 business days, delivery of goods to other EU countries is 3-5 business days and delivery of goods outside the EU is 5-10 business days.
When paying in advance, shipping and handling will be initiated after receipt of payment. Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

Deliveries are made by UPS, in exceptional cases by mail or other parcel services.
Outside of Germany:
Delivery via parcel service
If goods are damaged during transport, please file a complaint with the shipping company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us has no consequence on your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they do help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Exchange and/or Complaints:
If the delivered items do not meet your expectations, we will take the goods back within 14 days in unused condition and in their original packaging. For complaints, the statutory warranty obligations apply to us. Prior arrangements must be made for returns.
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Unmarked forwarded packages will not be accepted.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until receipt of payment.
