All prices as listed here are current and include VAT (prices are subject to change), previous archived price lists are invalid.
Consignment and delivery
Packages are delivered via UPS. In exceptional cases via your local postal or parcel service. The shipping cost is 4,00 Euro for deliveries within Germany. For deliveries to the European countries, a shipping flat rate of 7.00 euros, for deliveries overseas 12.00 euros will be charged. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours.

Returns or complaints
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the goods are in unused and in their original packaging. Prior arrangements must be made before making a return. Returns are not accepted without prior notification. All returns must be postage-paid. We do not accept returns under freight-collect. For complaints, the statutory warranty obligations apply to us.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
Place of transaction and court of jurisdiction
The seller's headquarters is the primary base of transaction. Any disputes will be settled before a competent court of law in Chemnitz. HRB no. 18045 Chemnitz District Court
Pursuant to Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) points out that any data required for carrying out the business will be processed and saved by means of an electronic data processing system pursuant to Section 33 of the BDSG. Personal data will be treated confidentially. Any data held by us will not be disclosed to third parties.
Any disputes arising hereunder will be decided by the Local Court of Chemnitz to the extent the customer has the status of a businessman, a legal person or a public special fund. This provision shall not apply to private consumers. Any disputes with consumers are subject to the general stipulations on the competent jurisdiction as provided for by the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO). The laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany shall exclusively be applicable to this contractual relationship.
