Deliveries within Germany

We charge a flat rate of €4.79 per order for shipping.
We offer free shipping within Germany on orders with a minimum order value of €79

Deliveries to other EU countries

We charge a flat rate of €7.95 per order for shipping to other EU countries.
We offer free shipping within the EU on orders with a minimum order value of €79

Deliveries outside the EU

We charge a flat rate of €13.50 per order for shipping costs outside the EU.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the products will be delivered in Germany within 2-3 working days if in stock, within 3-5 working days for deliveries to other EU countries and within 5-10 working days for deliveries outside the EU.

If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Deliveries are made by DHL, in exceptional cases by post or other parcel services. 

Outside Germany:

Transport damage:

If products are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the courier provider as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the courier or the transport insurance company.
