Return or complaint

If the delivered products do not meet your expectations, we will take the products back within 14 days in unused condition and in their original packaging. In the event of complaints, we are subject to the statutory warranty obligations. Please only return goods by prior arrangement.

Please send returns carriage paid, as carriage forward will not be accepted.

Retention of title

The products remain our property until full payment has been made.

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction

The place of fulfilment is the registered office of the seller. The place of jurisdiction is Darmstadt.
